Samuel is currently finishing a joint thesis for two Bachelors degrees from Columbia University in New York City. The joint thesis is in Economics and an Urban Studies and focuses on office building conversions in New York City. Specifically he is looking at an emerging trend towards larger and more expensive units in reused buildings.
